We know that over the summer we will be able to enjoy the incredible environment which surrounds our beach club and its spectacular gastronomy, however now we must stay at home, at Assaona we have created a simple recipe which is easy to make at home: broccoli stuffed peppers.

 

Broccoli stuffed peppers: a recipe that’s delicious, inexpensive and easy to prepare

Our team would like to present this recipe which you can make with the little ones at home and spend a fun day in the kitchen. Don’t forget to follow all the steps!

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 400 Grams of minced chicken or beef
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Red peppers

 

  • Step 1:

Chop up the onion, tomato and garlic. Remove the seeds from the peppers.

  • Step 2:

Put a drizzle of olive oil in the frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and the tomato. Season to taste.

  • Step 3:

Put a pan of water on the hob with a pinch of salt. Once boiling, put the broccoli in and allow it to cook, when cooked drain and rinse in cold water and add a touch of salt.

  • Step 4:

Add the onion, garlic and tomato mix with the broccoli and add to the meat, stuff the peppers and cook in the oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes. And that’s it!
