- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 400 gr of Chicken or Veal meat
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 red bell peppers
- Step 1 :
Chop the onion, tomato and garlic. We remove the seeds from the peppers
- Step 2 :
We put a little olive oil in the pan and fry the onion, garlic and tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 3:
We put a pot with water and a little salt. We put the broccoli to cook and when it is ready, strain it and give it a shot of cold water and a little salt.
- Step 4:
Add the sofrito and broccoli to the minced meat, fill the peppers, bake at about 180º for about 30 minutes and we have it ready.
